Chatham Station is committed to being a space where clients enjoy stress-free days. We believe clients should walk in, enjoy, and walk out without participating in the grunt work involved in creating a meaningful day. For that reason, a “day of” event coordinator is required for weddings, but clients may select a professional event coordinator of their choice as long as the coordinators meet Chatham Station’s requirements.
Our clients enjoy 10 hours of exclusive venue access, the professionalism and flexibility of our staff, the inclusion of guest tables and chairs, a bar piece, a custom ceremony backdrop and two dressing suites. Businesses and organizations, in particular, enjoy the ease of planning offered by attentive customer service, convenient location, and flexible pricing.
Do you have an exclusive catering list?
Our clients may select caterers who are not on our preferred list for the provision of food only as long as those caterers are approved by our staff.
Is a day of wedding coordinator required?
We do ask that clients have a professional day-of wedding coordinator, and clients may select a coordinator who is not on our preferred list after receiving approval from the venue.
Can I have both a ceremony and reception at Chatham?
Absolutely! For groups of approximately 150 or more, we strongly suggest renting tenting for our patio to give guests extra room during cocktail hour.
Who provides bartending services?
We don't provide catering and bartending services, so generally, our clients' caterers provide bartending services. If you'd like an alternative to a caterer, we're happy to make a referral.
How long will my rental be?
For weddings, our standard rental is 10 hours; however, some clients do add additional hours.
Do you host non-weddings?
We do--often! Please contact us for details.
Does Chatham Station provide tableware and linens?
We ask our clients to choose from one rental company for tableware, linens, and most other rental items. Tenting is also provided by one of two companies. Specialty rentals, such as lounge sets, may be provided by other companies Please inquire for more info!
Are tables and chairs included?
Yes! We have 150 white X back chairs and (16) 60" round tables, and four 6ft long service table.
Where is parking available?
Free parking is available at Chatham Station, the public parking lot at Zev Summit Ln and S Walker St, the Town Hall parking lot, and street parking along E Cedar St.
